Best Ways To Consume Coconut Oil Infusion

Hey yo, Mason Pot fam! I hope you're having a great day. It's your bro, Jack, and we're kicking it on the channel here. If it's your first time tuning in, please subscribe. We do all types of dope infusion content and just cool cannabis content in general.

Straight-Up Consumption

One of my personal favorite ways to consume coconut oil or MCT oil is just straight up. Whether it's a spoonful of coconut oil or a tincture dropper of MCT oil, that is my go-to. I prefer getting just the straight cannabis and the oil because it's just easy to do, and I'm not taking in a bunch of other stuff. The simplicity and directness of this method make it incredibly appealing for those who want to enjoy the benefits without any fuss.

Adding to Beverages

My second favorite way to consume these oils is by adding them to a drink. My favorite drink to infuse is a smoothie. You can throw in some nice fruits, and you could even have the terpenes of the fruits interact with the cannabis, which can slightly sway your high. I think it's a fascinating way to experiment with flavors and effects. Besides smoothies, adding coconut or MCT oil to a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea is also fantastic. And let's not forget about sauces! Although I wasn't planning on including sauces in this category, they definitely deserve a mention. Infusing sauces with these oils can add a delightful twist to your meals.

Capsule Convenience

The third method does take a bit more effort but is super convenient once you've set it up—putting the MCT oil or coconut oil in capsules. It's really not hard to do. You can get a little capsule machine, take a dropper, put the oil in each one, close them up, and then you have your capsules ready to rock and roll, perfectly dosed. If I didn't mind the taste, capsules would be my number one choice because of their convenience and precision in dosing.

Gummies and Chocolates

I have a feeling this fourth method is most people's favorite—gummies and chocolates. Coconut oil and MCT oil are my two favorites to add when making these treats. I sometimes like using butter with chocolates because of that nice rich flavor, but coconut oil works wonderfully with both gummies and chocolates. You can either melt your mix, stir in the coconut oil, and pour into your gummy mold, or if it's MCT oil, you could simply drop it on top of sugar-coated gummies. When it comes to making chocolates, I use the Mason pot jar as a double boiler. I set it in a pot of water, let it melt down, then add the oil, stir it up, and simply dump it into the mold. On our website, we have the little cube molds, a 160 little silicone grid. I prefer these tiny cube molds because they allow you to really dial in your dosage. Each gummy's size ensures you know exactly how much you're consuming, which can be particularly useful if you're interested in microdosing. The smaller size offers flexibility in how much you want to take, which is great for both beginners and experienced users who are looking to control their intake precisely.
